Hi and Namaste from me...The Monkey! Stretching like this feels so great! Some people might say I am just monkeying around, but what I am doing is actually a very powerful Yoga pose. Bending over like this stretches my legs from top to bottom, loosens up my lower back and sends blood rushing to nourish my head and face. The MONKEY pose keeps me happily swinging from tree to tree all day long!
Swinging from tree to tree and chattering with my friends is even more fun after relaxing into the MONKEY POSE. In Yoga we can say that monkeying around is a very, very good thing indeed.
